Banana Scrambled Eggs

Requirements (serving size 1 person, adjust accordingly):
1. 1 soft, ripened banana
2. 2 eggs
3. Any seasoning you'd like (I enjoy this recipe by itself, but you could add salt, pepper, brown sugar, cinnamon, anything to your liking!)
First, peel the banana. Use a knife to cut the banana into numerous circular pieces. Use clean hands to transfer the slices into a bowl.
Grab something to mash up the banana slices. I used a whisk, but you can use a fork, spoon, whatever you'd like. If you wouldn't mind getting down and dirty, you might consider using your hands!
Once the banana looks relatively chopped up and meshed, grab your 2 eggs. Crack them and add them into the bowl with the banana. Mix the 2 ingredients together with your desired utensil. Break the yolk. I again relied on my whisk.
Once it appears that the ingredients are combined together well, your bowl is ready for cooking!
You'll need a medium sized pan. Heat up a minute amount of cooking oil for 15 seconds. Then, add in your bowl of banana and eggs into the pan.
Heat up your stovetop to medium low to medium. Use a spatula to mix up the ingredients in the pan. Eggs cook very fast. Once you see the liquid of the egg gradually disappear, be on the lookout!
A little bit of drying up of the eggs on the edges of the pan is a sign that your banana scrambled eggs are almost ready! Once the eggs are ready, turn off the stove and transfer the cooked final product into a clean bowl.
And there you go! Freshly cooked, easily made, no-time-at-all and deliciously scrumptious banana scrambled eggs!
